Take off the cap of the teeth whitening pen and press the button on the bottom as many times as necessary for the gel to come out. Wipe your teeth dry before applying the gel on all the visible teeth.

Allow 30 to 45 minutes for the gel to work. Use this time to relax - watch a show, read a book or simply ease off. When the time is up, remove the gel by rinsing your mouth with water.
